为落实好内蒙古大学部区合建各项工作，全面深化内蒙古大学与复旦大学的交流与合作，进一步提升生物学一流学科建设水平。从2021年开始，生命科学学院每年选派近20位左右全日制研究生（包括博士，硕士）前往复旦大学开展内蒙古大学-复旦大学研究生联合培养项目。联合培养学生可自由选择加入了复旦大学相关优秀的课题组，在规定学制内全程在复旦大学进行学习和实验。
