首次利用两套陆海渐渗系鉴定纤维品质QTL,探讨遗传背景和环境对纤维品质QTL表达的影响,揭示了遗传背景对纤维品质QTL表达的影响明显大于环境因素;在全基因组上鉴定到稳定的QTLs 109个,不受背景影响的QTLs 9个。其中,61个稳定的QTLs,包括2个不受背景影响的QTLs,是新发现的;鉴定到19个含有多个纤维品质性状的优良等位基因的QTL簇,为进一步棉花分子育种提供了重要信息和理论指导。
